All participating players must submit these waivers through their coaches before your first game on Saturday. You will submit your team’s waivers when you check in at the HQ Tent at the High School.

All coaches must first check-in at the High School (even if your first game is at the Middle School) before their first game. At that time, you’ll receive a coach’s packet with vital information. Players who have not submitted a waiver may not participate on your team.
